Kerry Ingredients is a food company. More accurately, we are a food technology company. We make the ingredients that go into the foods you eat everyday.

We call what we do "Application Specific Ingredients”. We specialize in customer-designed food technologies, things that go beyond typical ingredients or additives. Most often, our products are multiple-ingredient food components that deliver specific taste, appearance, texture or nutritional characteristics to our customer's finished products.

Which still begs the question: what do we make? The answer is that we make a little bit of everything that goes in great food. Everything from gourmet breaders that go on appetizers, to organic seasonings for snacks, to cheesecake bits for ice cream, and high-protein soy powder for energy bars.

We also make more than a few finished products. Our new Foodservice division makes a variety of products that we sell directly to restaurants. In fact, there's a very good chance that the flavored syrup that went in to your coffee this morning was made by Kerry.

Our customers are quite literally the world's biggest and best-known retail and wholesale food manufacturers. They are the blue chip companies of the industry, who do business with us because of the value, innovation and creativity we offer them.
