A special issue of Food Quality and Preference will contain presentations from the invited keynote speakers, together with selected edited submitted papers from oral and poster presenters and will be mailed to all fully registered delegates in 2008. Full papers should be submitted online at ees.elsevier.com/fqap and the article type ‘Pangborn 2007’ should be selected from the dropdown menu.
