Walking Tours, Sunday 12 August
A number of complimentary walking tours of Minneapolis will take place in the morning and early afternoon of Sunday 12 August. Tours will start at 10am and delegates must sign up on the day.

A number of optional tours have been arranged in and around Minneapolis for the afternoon of Tuesday 14 August. Optional Tour of Betty Crocker Kitchens, Tuesday 14 August
Tour America's Most Trusted Kitchens and the General Mills Bakeries & Foodservice Division's Culinary Center. The Betty Crocker Kitchens moved to new quarters in 2002 and reflect America's cooking needs & lifestyles and features state-of-the-art cooking technology. The Culinary Center is home to a team of 13 corporate chefs who specialize in training for foodservice operators focusing on innovative product applications. The tour is now fully booked. Pre-paid tickets will be issued to delegates upon arrival at the conference.
Symposium Dinner, Wednesday 15 August
The 'Up North' gala dinner will take place on the evening of Wednesday 15 August at the Nicollet Island Pavilion and is open to all registered delegates and their guests. The evening promises to be an experience unique to the northern parts of the Midwest, complete with traditional foods and entertainment. The gala dinner is now sold out, no more tickets are available.
